NISoft Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we") requests users' consent to receive marketing information, advertisements, promotions, and event notifications through the "Music on the Block" app and website. This agreement outlines the process for consent to receive marketing information. By agreeing to these terms, users exercise their right to receive marketing information.

1. Consent to Receive Marketing Information

The Company will provide marketing information, advertisements, promotions, event notifications, and other related content via email, push notifications, or other electronic methods only if the user consents. The types of marketing information include the following:

• New services, features, promotions, and event benefits

• Referral code rewards and other user activity-based rewards

• Customized information based on the user's interests

2. Scope of Consent

Users can consent to receive the following types of marketing information:

• Promotions and Discount Information: New music-related content, discounts, and benefits for app services

• Referral Code and Reward Notifications: Information about referral code rewards and participation in events

• New Service and Feature Introductions: Information about key app services and features, such as AI music creation and music-based rewards

• Event and Campaign Information: Notifications about events or campaigns happening within the app

• Personalized Notifications: Customized information based on the user's music listening patterns and recommended activities

3. Withdrawal of Consent and Opt-Out

Users can withdraw or opt-out of receiving marketing information at any time. The opt-out or withdrawal process can be done easily through the app's settings, and the request will be processed immediately.

Opt-out Procedure:

• Go to App Settings > Opt-out of Marketing Notifications > Confirm and Complete

Additionally, users can request opt-out through email or push notifications.

4. Processing and Protection of Personal Information

The Company processes the personal information collected for marketing information in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. Personal information collected for marketing purposes will not be shared with third parties and will not be used for purposes other than marketing.

Collected Personal Information Includes:

• Email address

• Phone Number

• Unique ID

• Referral code usage history

• Listening history

Personal Information Protection Measures:

• SSL Encryption and Secure Data Transmission: Data is protected using SSL encryption during transmission.

• Minimized Access Rights and Access Log Management: Access to personal information is minimized, and all access logs are managed.

5. Validity of Consent

Consent to these terms is effective from the moment the user explicitly agrees to receive marketing information and remains valid until the user withdraws their consent. Marketing information will be based on services provided through the app, and once the user withdraws consent, no further marketing notifications will be received.

6. Providers of Marketing Information

The Company may provide marketing information on its own or, in certain cases, share marketing information with affiliates or partners. Even in such cases, personal information will be securely processed according to the Company’s Privacy Policy, and sharing with affiliates will only occur within the scope of the user’s prior consent.
