NISoft Co., Ltd. (the “Company” or “we”) values users’ personal information and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is collected, used, retained, disclosed, and safeguarded when using the Music on the Block mobile application (the “App”) and website (the “Web”). It includes information about the categories of data collected, purposes of use, retention periods, third-party sharing, and protection measures.

* Email address
* Unique wallet address
* Profile image, nickname, and self-introduction
* Phone Number (optional)
* Affiliate / user code (optional)
* Referral code usage (optional)

2. Information automatically collected during service use

* Access IP address
* Device information (OS, model)
* Browser and app version
* Usage history (screen clicks, listening records, etc.)
* Activity-based point accumulation history
* Referral code registration status and referral relationships<br>

* Authentication through Google, Apple, or Discord accounts, or blockchain wallet
* A single account can be used seamlessly across both Web and App without additional linking procedures

### 2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes.

* Account creation and login authentication
* Provision of activity-based and referral rewards
* Service quality improvement and error analysis
* Detection of fraudulent use and maintenance of service stability

* When a member withdraws or withdraws consent to use personal information\
  → Immediately destroyed
* When retention is required by law\
  → Retained in accordance with applicable legal provisions
* For users inactive for one year or longer\
  → Separately stored or securely deleted<br>
* &#x20;App (Mobile Application)
  * Users may delete their accounts through the in-app settings menu.
  * Upon withdrawal, all account information and personal data from both the Web and App are deleted simultaneously, and deleted data cannot be restored.<br>
* Web (Website)
  * A separate withdrawal function is not provided; deleting an account via the App also deletes the corresponding Web data.
  * Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be automatically restricted or deleted after a specified time.<br>

### 4. Provision to Third Parties and Outsourcing of Processing

1. Legal requirements\
   Personal information may be provided when required by applicable laws or regulations.

2. Referral code and reward processing\
   Personal information may be used solely for point distribution and record management.<br>

3. Operational outsourcing\
   The Company may entrust certain operations to external professional service providers to improve operational efficiency.\
   If outsourcing occurs, the Company ensures secure processing through legally compliant contracts and ongoing supervision.

### 5. User Rights and Exercise Methods

Users have the following rights regarding their personal information.

2. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be automatically deactivated or deleted after a certain period.<br>
3. In the event of service termination or system changes, personal data will be deleted after prior notice, and deleted data cannot be recovered.\
   The Company bears no responsibility for deleted data following such deletion procedures.
